Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to an aerosol generation device 100 comprising a main body 200 with a main housing, the main body configured for generating an aerosol from an aerosol generation substrate, and a cover 300 that is releasably attached to the main housing to cover a portion of the outer surface of the main housing. The cover comprises as part of its externally visible surface an electronic display 330 that uses non-light-emitting, reflective display technology such as electronic paper, electronic ink or a memory-in-pixel (MIP) LCD display to display user-customizable content. A magnetic coupling element (210) may provide means to releasably attach the cover to the main body, and a wired interface (340) or a wireless interface may be provided to electrically connect the cover to the main body. A wireless interface may also be used to communicate with a remote device (400). The display may also be touch-sensitive to receive user inputs.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif de génération d'aérosol (100) comprenant un corps principal (200) comportant un boîtier principal, le corps principal étant conçu pour générer un aérosol à partir d'un substrat de génération d'aérosol, et un couvercle (300) qui est fixé amovible au boîtier principal pour recouvrir une partie de la surface externe du boîtier principal. Le couvercle comprend, en tant que partie de sa surface visible de l'extérieur, un dispositif d'affichage électronique (330) qui utilise une technologie d'affichage réfléchissante n'émettant pas de lumière, telle qu'un papier électronique, une encre électronique ou un affichage à cristaux liquides à mémoire dans les pixels (MIP) pour afficher un contenu personnalisable par l'utilisateur.
