Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Betreiben eines seriellen Hybrid-Antriebsstrangs (20) eines Fahrzeugs, wobei der serielle Hybrid-Antriebsstrang (20) eine Brennkraftmaschine (30) und eine erste elektrische Maschine (41) aufweist, wobei in einem Abgastrakt (32) der Brennkraftmaschine (30) ein SCR-Abgaskatalysator (35) angeordnet ist, mit den Schritten: Betreiben der Brenn Kraftmaschine (30) in einem stöchiometrischen Betrieb als Fahrzeugantrieb, wobei sich ein Wirkungsgrad der Brennkraftmaschine (30) nicht im optimalen Bereich befindet und eine Temperatur des SCR-Abgaskatalysators (35) erhöht wird; Betreiben der mit der Brennkraftmaschine (30) seriell geschalteten ersten elektrischen Maschine (41) im Motorbetrieb, wodurch die Brennkraftmaschine (30) als Luftpumpe fungiert und Kühlluft durch den Abgastrakt (32) gepumpt wird, wodurch die Temperatur des SCR-Abgaskatalysators (35) reduziert wird; Betreiben der Brenn Kraftmaschine (30) in einem mageren Betrieb als Fahrzeugantrieb, wobei sich der Wirkungsgrad der Brennkraftmaschine (30) im optimalen Bereich befindet.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and to an apparatus for operating a series hybrid drive train (20) of a vehicle, the series hybrid drive train (20) comprising an internal combustion engine (30) and a first electrical machine (41), and an SCR catalytic converter (35) being located in an exhaust gas system (32) of the internal combustion engine (30), said method comprising the steps of: operating the internal combustion engine (30) as a vehicle drive system in a stoichiometric mode, the efficiency of the internal combustion engine (30) not being in the optimal range and the temperature of the SCR catalytic converter (35) being increased; operating the first electrical machine (41), which is connected in series with the internal combustion engine (30), in the motor mode, as a result of which the internal combustion engine (30) acts as an air pump and cooling air is pumped through the exhaust gas system (32), thereby reducing the temperature of the SCR catalytic converter (35); and operating the internal combustion engine (30) as a vehicle drive system in a lean-burn mode, the efficiency of the internal combustion engine (30) being in the optimal range.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour faire fonctionner une chaîne cinématique hybride série (20) d'un véhicule, cette chaîne cinématique hybride série (20) comprenant un moteur à combustion interne (30) et une première machine électrique (41), ainsi qu'un pot catalytique SCR (35) situé dans un système de gaz d'échappement (32) du moteur à combustion interne (30), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : faire fonctionner le moteur à combustion interne (30) en tant que système d'entraînement de véhicule dans un mode stœchiométrique, l'efficacité du moteur à combustion interne (30) ne se situant pas dans la plage optimale et la température du pot catalytique SCR (35) étant augmentée ; faire fonctionner la première machine électrique (41), qui est reliée en série au moteur à combustion interne (30), dans le mode moteur, si bien que le moteur à combustion interne (30) agit en tant que pompe à air et que de l'air de refroidissement est pompé à travers le système de gaz d'échappement (32), ce qui permet de réduire la température du pot catalytique SCR (35) ; et faire fonctionner le moteur à combustion interne (30) en tant que système d'entraînement de véhicule dans un mode de mélange pauvre, l'efficacité du moteur à combustion interne (30) se situant dans la plage optimale.
