Abstract
(EN) A method for manufacturing a shell-shaped dental instrument. The method comprises: acquiring a three-dimensional digital model of teeth of a patient; adding a three-dimensional digital model of solid elements (203a-203f) at selected locations on the three-dimensional digital model of the teeth of the patient, so as to obtain a three-dimensional digital model of male molds (200a-200f); using the three-dimensional digital model of the male molds (200a-200f) to control a 3D printing device, so as to manufacture the male molds (200a-200f), wherein the solid elements (203a-203f) are detachable from the male molds (200a-200f); pressing films on the male molds (200a-200f) by using a hot pressing film forming process, so as to obtain shell-shaped dental instrument bodies (210a-210f); and disengaging the shell-shaped dental instrument bodies (210a-210f) and the solid elements (203a-203f) from the male molds (200a-200f), so as to obtain a shell-shaped dental instrument, which comprises the shell-shaped dental instrument bodies (210a-210f), and the solid elements (203a-203f) that are maintained and accommodated in corresponding accommodating cavities (211a-211f) of the shell-shaped dental instrument bodies (210a-210f).
(FR) Procédé de fabrication d'un instrument dentaire en forme de coque. Le procédé comprend les étapes consistant : à acquérir un modèle numérique tridimensionnel de dents d'un patient ; à ajouter un modèle numérique tridimensionnel d'éléments solides (203a à 203f) à des emplacements sélectionnés sur le modèle numérique tridimensionnel des dents du patient, de façon à obtenir un modèle numérique tridimensionnel de moules mâles (200a à 200f) ; à utiliser le modèle numérique tridimensionnel des moules mâles (200a à 200f) pour commander à un dispositif d'impression 3D de fabriquer les moules mâles (200a à 200f), les éléments solides (203a à 203f) étant détachables des moules mâles (200a à 200f) ; à presser des films sur les moules mâles (200a à 200f) à l'aide d'un procédé de formation de film par pressage à chaud, de façon à obtenir des corps d'instrument dentaire en forme de coque (210a à 210f) ; à libérer les corps d'instrument dentaire en forme de coque (210a à 210f) et les éléments solides (203a à 203f) des moules mâles (200a à 200f), de façon à obtenir un instrument dentaire en forme de coque, qui comprend les corps d'instrument dentaire en forme de coque (210a à 210f), et les éléments solides (203a à 203f) qui sont maintenus et logés dans des cavités de réception correspondantes (211a à 211f) des corps d'instrument dentaire en forme de coque (210a à 210f).
