Abstract
(EN) A metal heating film, a ceramic heating element, a preparation method, and an electronic atomization device. The metal heating film comprises: 74-95% of stainless steel, 2-16% of a glass powder, and 2-10% of a regulatory component, wherein the regulatory component is at least one of aluminum oxide, zirconium oxide, and silicon dioxide. The selection of the raw materials of the metal heating film and the adjustment of the amounts of the raw materials can ensure that, on the premise of increasing the temperature coefficient of resistance of the heating film, the thermal expansion coefficient of the heating film can be adjusted within a certain range, such that the thermal expansion coefficient can be matched with a ceramic substrate, avoiding breaking off by dry burning and affecting the use thereof. The regulatory component is used to adjust the thermal expansion coefficient of a heating layer. By means of the adjustment of the thermal expansion coefficient of the heating layer using the regulatory component, the heating film can be better combined with the ceramic substrate, the harmful stress is relatively small during use, the matching of the heating film with the ceramic substrate is achieved, and the service life of the ceramic heating element is improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un film chauffant métallique, un élément chauffant en céramique, un procédé de préparation et un dispositif d'atomisation électronique. Le film chauffant métallique comprend : entre 74 et 95 % d'acier inoxydable, entre 2 et 16 % d'une poudre de verre et entre 2 et 10 % d'un constituant régulateur, le constituant régulateur étant au moins un constituant parmi l'oxyde d'aluminium, l'oxyde de zirconium et le dioxyde de silicium. La sélection des matières premières du film chauffant métallique et l'ajustement des quantités des matières premières peuvent garantir que, sur la base de l'augmentation du coefficient de température de résistance du film chauffant, le coefficient de dilatation thermique du film chauffant puisse être ajusté dans une certaine plage, de telle sorte que le coefficient de dilatation thermique puisse être mis en correspondance avec un substrat céramique, évitant la rupture par combustion à sec et affectant son utilisation. Le constituant régulateur est utilisé pour ajuster le coefficient de dilatation thermique d'une couche chauffante. Grâce à l'ajustement du coefficient de dilatation thermique de la couche chauffante au moyen du constituant régulateur, le film chauffant peut être mieux combiné avec le substrat céramique, la contrainte nocive est relativement faible pendant l'utilisation, la mise en correspondance du film chauffant avec le substrat céramique est obtenue et la durée de vie de l'élément chauffant en céramique est améliorée.
(ZH) 一种金属发热膜、陶瓷发热体及制备方法和电子雾化装置。金属发热膜包括:不锈钢74-95%;玻璃粉2-16%;调控组分2-10%;其中,调控组分为氧化铝,氧化锆,二氧化硅中的至少一种。通过对金属发热膜原料组分的选择以及用量的调整,能够保证在提高发热膜电阻温度系数前提下,可以在一定范围内调整发热膜热膨胀系数,使其与陶瓷基体匹配,避免干烧烧断,影响使用。其中,调控组分用于调节发热层的热膨胀系数,通过使用调控组分调整发热层热膨胀系数,使发热膜与陶瓷基体的结合更好,使用过程中有害应力更小,实现发热膜与陶瓷基体的匹配,提高陶瓷发热体使用寿命。
