(ZH) 酯酶突变体及其应用
Abstract
(EN) Provided is an esterase mutant and use thereof. The amino acid sequence of the esterase mutant has the sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and sites at which the amino acid mutation occurs comprise an N51G site. The esterase mutant achieves changes of the structure and function of the protein, improves both enzyme specificity and enzyme activity, reduces the usage amount of enzyme, and reduces industrial production costs.
(FR) L'invention concerne un mutant d'estérase et son utilisation. La séquence d'acides aminés du mutant d'estérase a la séquence représentée dans SEQ ID NO : 1, et les sites où se produit la mutation de l'acide aminé comprennent un site N51G. Le mutant estérase permet de modifier la structure et la fonction de la protéine, d'améliorer à la fois la spécificité et l'activité de l'enzyme, de réduire la quantité d'enzyme utilisée et de diminuer les coûts de production industrielle.
(ZH) 提供了一种酯酶突变体及其应用。所述酯酶突变体的氨基酸序列具有SEQ ID NO:1所示序列,发生氨基酸突变的位点包括N51G位点。所述酯酶突变体实现了蛋白质结构和功能的改变,酶特异性和酶活性均有提高,降低了酶的使用量,降低了工业生产成本。
