Abstract
(EN) Disclosed are a culture medium and a culture method for in vitro expansion of primary cells of intestinal cancer. The culture medium comprises an initial culture medium, a Rho protease inhibitor, an antibiotic, gastrin, A8301, a non-essential amino acid, cholera toxin, an insulin-like growth factor-1, nicotinamide, insulin, fetal bovine serum, and an additive selected from at least one of a B27 additive and an N2 additive. By using the culture medium, effective and rapid expansion of the primary cells of intestinal cancer can be achieved. The expanded cells maintain the pathological characteristics of patients, and the culture success rate and the cell expansion rate of the primary cells of intestinal cancer are improved, which provide a research foundation for personalized treatment of the patients.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un milieu de culture et un procédé de culture pour la multiplication in vitro de cellules primaires de cancer intestinal. Le milieu de culture comprend un milieu de culture initial, un inhibiteur de la protéase Rho, un antibiotique, de la gastrine, de l'A8301, un acide aminé non essentiel, de la toxine cholérique, un facteur de croissance analogue à l'insuline-1, de la nicotinamide, de l'insuline, du sérum bovin fœtal, et un additif choisi parmi au moins un additif B27 et un additif N2. L'utilisation du milieu de culture permet d'obtenir une multiplication efficace et rapide des cellules primaires du cancer intestinal. Les cellules multipliées conservent les caractéristiques pathologiques des patients, et le taux de réussite de la culture et le taux de multiplication des cellules primaires du cancer intestinal sont améliorés, constituant ainsi une base de recherche pour le traitement personnalisé des patients.
