Abstract
(EN) The various embodiments disclosed herein relate to a system and a method for automatic monitoring of level of electrolyte solution inside of an electrolytic reactor. In at least one embodiment, the system comprises an electrolytic reactor assembly including a plurality of electrolytic cells, the plurality of electrolytic cells being configured to perform electrolysis on the electrolyte solution; and a control system coupled to the electrolytic reactor assembly, the control system having a processor configured to: identify an input current and an input voltage applied to the reactor cell assembly; determine a quantity of consumable solvent in the electrolyte solution; determine a current consumption threshold for consuming the consumable solvent; monitor a total current consumption of the electrolytic reactor assembly during operation of the electrolytic reactor assembly; and determine if the total current consumption exceeds the current consumption threshold.
(FR) Les divers modes de réalisation de la présente divulgation concernent un système et un procédé de surveillance automatique du niveau de solution électrolytique à l'intérieur d'un réacteur électrolytique. Dans au moins un mode de réalisation, le système comprend un ensemble réacteur électrolytique comprenant une pluralité de cellules électrolytiques, la pluralité de cellules électrolytiques étant conçue pour effectuer une électrolyse sur la solution électrolytique ; et un système de commande couplé à l'ensemble réacteur électrolytique, le système de commande ayant un processeur configuré pour : identifier un courant d'entrée et une tension d'entrée appliqués à l'ensemble cellules de réacteur ; déterminer une quantité de solvant consommable dans la solution électrolytique ; déterminer un seuil de consommation de courant pour consommer le solvant consommable ; surveiller une consommation de courant total de l'ensemble réacteur électrolytique pendant le fonctionnement de l'ensemble réacteur électrolytique ; et déterminer si la consommation de courant total dépasse le seuil de consommation de courant.
