Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a micrometric dispersion system, which is stabilised using the Pickering method and is biodegradable and surfactant-free, which comprises stabilising a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion with polymer nanoparticles (NPs) based on biodegradable lactic-acid-derived polymers, in a continuous water phase containing polymer NPs based on biodegradable hydrophilic polymers derived from lactic acid/glycolic acid, wherein the NPs are selected from NPs of polylactic acid (PLA) and polylactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA), respectively. Such polymer NPs are prepared using the anti-solvent technique, without using any surfactant. The PLA NPs undergo freeze-drying and thermal annealing, and the dispersion system can be freeze-dried and then reconstituted in water to obtain an encapsulation system. The invention also relates to the micrometric dispersion system, suitable for use as an emulsifier for products for human or animal consumption or use.
(ES) La presente invención se refiere a un método para preparar un sistema de dispersión de tamaño micrométrico, estabilizado por el método Pickering, biodegradable y libre de surfactante, que comprende estabilizar una emulsión de agua en aceite (W-O) con nanopartículas (NPs) poliméricas basada en polímeros derivados de ácido láctico biodegradables, en una fase continua de agua que contiene NPs poliméricas basadas en polímeros derivados de ácido láctico/ácido glicólico biodegradables hidrofílicas, donde dichas NPs son seleccionadas de NPs de ácido poliláctico (PLA) y ácido poliláctico-co-glicólico (PLGA), respectivamente. Tales NPs poliméricas son preparadas por la técnica anti-solvente sin usar ningún surfactante. Las NPs de PLA son sometidas a liofilización y "annealing" térmico, y dicho sistema de dispersión puede ser liofilizado y luego reconstituido en agua para obtener un sistema de encapsulación, y dicho sistema de dispersión de tamaño micrométrico, útil como emulsionante para productos de consumo o para aplicación en humanos o animales.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte à une méthode pour préparer un système de dispersion de taille micrométrique, stabilisé par la méthode Pickering, biodégradable et dépourvu de tensioactif, qui consiste à stabiliser une émulsion d'eau dans huile (E-H) avec des nanoparticules (NP) polymères à base de polymères dérivés d'acide lactique biodégradables; dans une phase continue d'eau qui contient des NP polymères à base de polymères dérivés d'acide lactique/acide glycolique biodégradables hydrophiles, lesdites NP étant sélectionnées parmi des NP d'acide polylactique (PLA) et d'acide polylactique-co-glycolique (PLGA), respectivement. De telles NP polymères sont préparées avec la technique anti-solvant sans utiliser aucun tensio-actif. Les NP de PLA sont soumises à une lyophilisation et à un "recuit" thermique et le système de dispersion peut être lyophilisé puis reconstitué dans de l'eau pour obtenir un système d'encapsulation, et le système de dispersion de taille micrométrique, utile en tant qu'émulsionnant pour des produits de consommation ou pour une application chez l'homme ou l'animal.
