Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates generally to a photodiode (310) and, in particular, to operating a photodiode (310) in a zero-mode operation, where the photodiode (310) operates at either zero current or zero voltage. Accordingly, there is provided a circuit (e.g., 300A, 300B) configured for detecting light, comprising: a photodiode (310); and a circuit (300A, 300B) configured for operating the photodiode at zero-mode.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte de manière générale à une photodiode (310) et en particulier, au fonctionnement d'une photodiode (310) dans un fonctionnement en mode zéro, la photodiode (310) fonctionnant à un courant nul ou à une tension nulle. En conséquence, l'invention concerne un circuit (par exemple 300A, 300B) configuré pour détecter la lumière comprenant : une photodiode (310) ; et un circuit (300A, 300B) configuré pour faire fonctionner la photodiode en mode zéro.
