Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods are provided for an advanced rendering system to improve image rendering. For example, the disclosed technology can intercept an image rendering function call from a mobile gaming application at a mobile device to an application programming interface (API) internal to the mobile device, and compute image values (e.g., shading rate, etc.) that quantify a visually acceptable image quality loss in a displayed image at the mobile device.
(FR) L'invention concerne des systèmes et des procédés destinés à un système de rendu avancé permettant d'améliorer un rendu d'image. Par exemple, la technologie divulguée peut intercepter un appel de fonction de rendu d'image d'une application de jeu mobile au niveau d'un dispositif mobile vers une interface de programmation d'application (API) interne au dispositif mobile, et calculer des valeurs d'image (par exemple, un taux d'ombrage, etc.) qui quantifient une perte de qualité d'image visuellement acceptable dans une image affichée au niveau du dispositif mobile.
