Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a biomarker composition for diagnosing thyroid eye disease and use thereof and, more specifically, to a biomarker composition comprising VDB and CHI3L1 for diagnosing thyroid eye disease and use thereof. The present inventors analyzed proteins in exosomes isolated from tears of a normal person and a thyroid eye disease patient to discover, as a marker for diagnosing thyroid eye disease, a gene of which expression is significantly increased in the thyroid eye disease patient compared to the normal person. Accordingly, the marker composition of the present invention is expected to be efficiently used as being able to diagnose thyroid eye disease at an early stage.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de biomarqueur pour diagnostiquer une ophtalmopathie thyroïdienne et une utilisation associée et, plus spécifiquement, une composition de biomarqueur comprenant VDB et CHI3L1 pour diagnostiquer une ophtalmopathie thyroïdienne et une utilisation associée. Les présents inventeurs ont analysé des protéines dans des exosomes isolés de larmes d'une personne normale et d'un patient atteint d'une opthalmopathie thyroïdienne pour découvrir, en tant que marqueur pour diagnostiquer une ophtalmopathie thyroïdienne, un gène dont l'expression est significativement augmentée dans le patient atteint d'ophtalmopathie thyroïdienne par comparaison avec la personne normale. Par conséquent, la composition de marqueur de la présente invention est censée être efficacement utilisée comme permettant de diagnostiquer une ophtalmopathie thyroïdienne à un stade précoce.
(KO) 본 발명은 갑상선 안구 질환 진단용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 VDB 및 CHI3L1을 포함하는 갑상선 안구 질환 진단용 바이오마커 조성물 및 이의 용도에 관한 것이다. 본 발명자들은 정상인 및 갑상선 안구 질환 환자의 누액에서 분리한 엑소좀 내 단백질을 분석하여, 정상인에 비해 갑상선 안구 질환 환자에서 유의적으로 발현이 증가한 유전자를 갑상선 안구 질환 진단용 마커로 발굴하였는바, 본 발명에 따른 마커 조성물은 갑상선 안구 질환을 조기에 진단할 수 있어 효율적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
