Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a composition, for preventing, relieving or treating cancer cachexia or muscle loss, containing Uchasingi-hwan. The Uchasingi-hwan of the present invention exhibited a weight loss relieving effect in a cancer cachexia-induced mouse model, inhibits IL6, CRP and TNF-α expression, inhibits an increase in MURF1 and MAFbx expression in muscle tissues, and inhibits a decrease in the muscle tissue size, and thus can be utilized in a composition for preventing, relieving or treating cancer cachexia or muscle loss.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition de prévention, de soulagement ou de traitement de la cachexie cancéreuse ou de la perte musculaire, contenant de l’Uchasingi-hwan. L’Uchasingi-hwan de la présente invention fait preuve d’un effet de soulagement de la perte de poids dans un modèle de souris à induction de cachexie cancéreuse, inhibe l’expression d’IL6, de CRP et de TNF-α, inhibe une augmentation dans l’expression de MURF1 et de MAFbx dans les tissus musculaires, et inhibe une baisse dans la taille du tissu musculaire, et ainsi peut être utilisé dans une composition de prévention, de soulagement ou de traitement de la cachexie cancéreuse ou de la perte musculaire.
(KO) 본 발명은 우차신기환을 함유하는 암성 악액질 또는 근손실 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 우차신기환은 암성 악액질이 유발된 마우스 모델에서 체중 감소 개선 효과를 보였으며, IL6, CRP 및 TNF-α의 발현을 억제하였고, 근육 조직에서 MURF1 및 MAFbx의 발현 증가를 억제 및 근육 조직의 크기 감소를 억제하는 효과를 나타내므로, 암성 악액질 또는 근손실의 예방, 개선 또는 치료용 조성물로 유용할 수 있다.
