Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for producing a scaffold composition for tissue regeneration using a non-spontaneous emulsion dispersion method. More specifically, under non-solvent conditions, by using the molecular arrangement characteristic of triblock copolymer [PEOn-PPOm-PEOn] having temperature characteristics and amphiphilicity of biocompatible polymers, a scaffold composition for tissue regeneration is provided in which both crystalline and non-crystalline cultures exhibiting reduced time for hydrolysis and high mechanical strength are present.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de production d'une composition d'échafaudage pour la régénération tissulaire à l'aide d'une méthode de dispersion d'émulsion non spontanée. Plus spécifiquement, dans des conditions de non-solvant, en utilisant la caractéristique d'agencement moléculaire du copolymère tribloc [PEOn-PPOm-PEOn] ayant des caractéristiques de température et une amphiphilie de polymères biocompatibles, l'invention concerne une composition d'échafaudage pour la régénération tissulaire dans laquelle à la fois des cultures cristallines et des cultures non cristallines présentant un temps réduit d'hydrolyse et une résistance mécanique élevée sont présentes.
(KO) 본 발명은 비 자발적 에멀전 확산법을 이용한 조직 재생용 지지체 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비 용매하에서 생체적합성 고분자 각각의 온도 특성 및 양친성을 가진 [PEOn-PPOm-PEOn] triblock copolymer의 분자배열특성을 응용하여 가수분해시간을 감소시키면서도 높은 기계적 강도를 나타내는 결정성 배양 및 비 결정성배양이 동시에 존재하는 조직 재생용 지지체 조성물을 제공한다.
