Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for filling open pores, which are formed in a matrix in a ceramic-based composite material having reinforcing fibers provided in the matrix, with a ceramic material that serves as the matrix. The method comprises performing the below-mentioned steps (A) and (B) repeatedly while arranging the ceramic-based composite material in a liquid material that serves as a raw material for the matrix. (A) Heating the ceramic-based composite material to convert the liquid material in a film-boiled state, thereby forming a ceramic material derived from the liquid material in the open pores. (B) Cooling the ceramic-based composite material to a temperature lower than the boiling point of the liquid material.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de remplissage de pores ouverts, qui sont formés dans une matrice dans un matériau composite à base de céramique ayant des fibres de renforcement disposées dans la matrice, avec un matériau céramique qui sert de matrice. Le procédé comprend les étapes (A) et (B) susmentionnées effectuées à répétition tout en disposant le matériau composite à base de céramique dans une matière liquide qui sert de matière première pour la matrice. (A) le chauffage du matériau composite à base de céramique pour convertir la matière liquide en un état d'ébullition de film, permettant ainsi la formation d'un matériau céramique dérivé de la matière liquide dans les pores ouverts. (B) le refroidissement du matériau composite à base de céramique à une température inférieure au point d'ébullition de la matière liquide.
(JA) マトリックス内に強化繊維が設けられたセラミックス基複合材料においてマトリックス内に生じた開気孔をマトリックスとなるセラミックスにより埋める方法であって、マトリックス原料である液体材料内にセラミックス基複合材料が配置されている状態で、次の(A)と(B)を繰り返し行う。(A)セラミックス基複合材料を加熱することにより、液体材料を膜沸騰状態にして、液体材料に由来するセラミックスを開気孔内に生じさせる。(B)セラミックス基複合材料を液体材料の沸点より低い温度まで冷却する。
