Abstract
(EN) A paste which contains a metal element-containing powder, an epoxy group-containing compound, and a curing agent, wherein the thermal weight loss rate after thermal curing at 180°C is 5% or less. This paste is suitable for use, for example, as a material for a magnetic core of an inductor, or as a material that fills up the space between conductors of a coil; and this paste is capable of easily forming a molded article that exhibits excellent insulating properties.
(FR) L'invention concerne une pâte qui comprend une poudre comprenant des éléments métalliques, un composé comprenant un groupe époxy et un agent de durcissement, et qui présente un taux de diminution thermogravimétrique après durcissement par chauffage à 180°C inférieur ou égal à 5%. La pâte de l'invention permet une mise en œuvre de manière adéquate en tant que matériau de noyau magnétique d'inducteur, ou en tant que matériau remplissant les espaces entre des conducteurs d'une bobine, et permet de fournir facilement un objet moulé doté d'excellentes propriétés d'isolation.
(JA) 金属元素含有粉と、エポキシ基含有化合物と、硬化剤とを含有し、180℃における加熱硬化後の熱重量減少率が5%以下であるペースト。ペーストは、例えば、インダクタの磁心の材料として、又はコイルの導体間を埋める材料として好適に使用でき、絶縁性に優れる成形物を容易に提供することができる。
