Abstract
(EN) A method for driving a half bridge (1 ) comprising a first device (2) and a second device (3), wherein the second device (3) is a transistor, the method comprising the steps of: - driving the devices (2, 3) with signals in accordance with a periodic modulation pattern configured in such a manner that in a period (T) the first device (2) assumes a switched on configuration for a fraction of period (tON); - forcing the second device (3) in a current generator configuration controlled by a switch-on pulse (PulseCST) for an interval of time (tst) that is greater than a time constant (i) of the second device (3), maintaining in the meantime the first device (2) in the switched on configuration; - adjusting the duration of the interval of time (tst) starting from the calculation or prediction of the average power Pavg dissipated over the period (T); - adjusting the amplitude of the switch-on pulse (PulseCST) so as to vary the current circulating in the second device (3).
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'un demi-pont (1) comprenant un premier dispositif (2) et un second dispositif (3), le second dispositif (3) étant un transistor, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à : - commander les dispositifs (2, 3) avec des signaux selon un modèle de modulation périodique configuré de telle sorte que dans une période (T), le premier dispositif (2) adopte une configuration de mise en marche pour une fraction de période (tON); - amener de force le second dispositif (3) dans une configuration de générateur de courant commandée par une impulsion de mise en marche (PulseCST) pour un intervalle de temps (tst) qui est supérieur à une constante de temps (i) du second dispositif (3), maintenir dans le même temps le premier dispositif (2) dans la configuration de mise en marche; - régler la durée de l'intervalle de temps (tst) à partir du calcul ou de la prédiction de la puissance moyenne Pavg dissipée pendant la période (T); - régler l'amplitude de l'impulsion de mise en marche (PulseCST) de manière à faire varier le courant circulant dans le second dispositif (3).
