Abstract
(EN) A device for predicting a heart rate variability parameter for a user. The device including one or more processing modules configured to receive a set of heart rate measurements for a user obtained over a period of time with data indicating a time at which each measurement was obtained during the period of time, process the heart rate measurements to calculate a heart rate variability parameter over the period of time and to estimate whether the set is sufficient for calculating the heart rate variability parameter over the period of time, and to form an uncertainty score representing the result of that estimation, determine whether the heart rate variability parameter is valid by comparing the uncertainty score to a predetermined threshold, and output, in response to a determination that the heart rate variability parameter is valid, the heart rate variability parameter and a representation of the uncertainty score.
(FR) Un dispositif permet de prédire un paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque pour un utilisateur. Le dispositif comprend un ou plusieurs modules de traitement conçus pour recevoir un ensemble de mesures de fréquence cardiaque, pour un utilisateur, obtenu au cours d'une période contenant des données indiquant un instant auquel chaque mesure a été obtenue pendant ladite période, pour traiter les mesures de fréquence cardiaque afin de calculer un paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque au cours de la période et d'estimer si l'ensemble est suffisant pour calculer le paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque au cours de la période et pour former un score d'incertitude représentant le résultat de cette estimation, pour déterminer si le paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque est valide par comparaison du score d'incertitude à un seuil prédéterminé et pour fournir, en réponse à une détermination établissant que le paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque est valide, le paramètre de variabilité de fréquence cardiaque et une représentation du score d'incertitude.
