Abstract
(EN) A spiral heat exchanger and manufacturing method therefor. The spiral heat exchanger comprises: a mandrel (1) having an axis extending left and right; and a heat-conducting thin strip (2) spirally wound around the periphery of the mandrel (1) for at least three circles. The heat-conducting thin strips (2) of any two adjacent circles are spaced apart by a certain distance; baffle ribs (3) extending left and right are supported between the heat-conducting thin strips (2) of any two adjacent circles; the baffle ribs (3) are arranged in sequence along a radial direction of the mandrel (1), so as to form a plurality of hot fluid flow channels (4) and a plurality of cold fluid flow channels (5) which are arranged alternately along the radial direction of the mandrel (1); each cold fluid outlet (5b) is provided with a first blocking bar (6) for blocking a portion of the cold fluid outlet (5b); each hot fluid outlet (4b) is provided with a second blocking bar (7) for blocking a portion of the hot fluid outlet (4b); the first blocking bars (6) are arranged in sequence along a first radial direction (R1), and the second blocking bars (7) are arranged in sequence along a second radial direction (R2). The spiral heat exchanger is compact and ingenious in structure and small in flow resistance, has a large heat exchange area and high heat exchange efficiency, and is quite suitable for gas-gas heat exchange and gas-liquid heat exchange.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur en spirale et son procédé de fabrication. L'échangeur de chaleur en spirale comprend : un mandrin (1) ayant un axe s'étendant vers la gauche et vers la droite ; et une bande mince thermoconductrice (2) enroulée en spirale autour de la périphérie du mandrin (1) sur au moins trois cercles. Les bandes minces thermoconductrices (2) de deux cercles adjacents quelconques sont disposées à une certaine distance l'une de l'autre ; des nervures de déflecteur (3) s'étendant vers la gauche et vers la droite sont supportées entre les bandes minces thermoconductrices (2) de deux cercles adjacents quelconques ; les nervures de déflecteur (3) sont agencées les unes après les autres le long d'une direction radiale du mandrin (1), de manière à former une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement de fluide chaud (4) et une pluralité de canaux d'écoulement de fluide froid (5) qui sont disposés en alternance le long de la direction radiale du mandrin (1) ; chaque sortie de fluide froid (5b) est pourvue d'une première barre de blocage (6) pour bloquer une partie de la sortie de fluide froid (5b) ; chaque sortie de fluide chaud (4b) est pourvue d'une seconde barre de blocage (7) pour bloquer une partie de la sortie de fluide chaud (4b) ; les premières barres de blocage (6) sont agencées les unes après les autres le long d'une première direction radiale (R1), et les secondes barres de blocage (7) sont agencées les unes après les autres le long d'une seconde direction radiale (R2). L'échangeur de chaleur en spirale est compact et présente une structure ingénieuse et une faible résistance à l'écoulement, possède une grande surface d'échange de chaleur et un rendement d'échange de chaleur élevé, et est tout à fait approprié pour un échange de chaleur gaz-gaz et un échange de chaleur gaz-liquide.
(ZH) 一种螺旋换热器及其制法。螺旋换热器包括:轴线左右延伸的芯轴(1),呈螺旋状卷绕于芯轴(1)外围至少3圈的导热薄带(2);任一相邻两个圈层的导热薄带(2)隔开一定距离,任一相邻两个圈层的导热薄带(2)之间均支撑设置左右延伸的隔挡筋(3),各条隔挡筋(3)沿着芯轴(1)的一个径向方向依次布置,从而形成沿着芯轴(1)的径向方向交替布置的多条热流体流道(4)和多条冷流体流道(5),每个冷流体出口(5b)处均设有将其部分封堵的第一挡条(6),每个热流体出口(4b)处均设有将其部分封堵的第二挡条(7),各个第一挡条(6)沿着第一径向方向(R1)依次布置,各个第二挡条(7)沿着第二径向方向(R2)依次布置。该螺旋换热器结构紧凑巧妙、流阻小、具有大换热面积和高换热效率,非常适用于气-气热交换和气-液热交换。
