Abstract
(EN) Provided are the preparation and use of an anti-FSHR antibody and an antibody-drug conjugate thereof. Specifically, provided is an antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises a variable region, which specifically binds to a human follicle-stimulating hormone receptor FSHR, and comprises one, two, three, four, five or six CDRs selected from the following amino acid sequences: SEQ ID NO: 6, 7, 5, 10, 11, and 12. The provided anti-FSHR antibody and the antibody-drug conjugate thereof have broad application prospects in the detection, screening, prevention and treatment of cancers.
(FR) L'invention concerne la préparation et l'utilisation d'un anticorps anti-FSHR et d'un conjugué anticorps-médicament de celui-ci. En particulier, l'invention concerne un anticorps ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci, l'anticorps ou le fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci comprenant une région variable, qui se lie de manière spécifique à un récepteur de l'hormone folliculostimulante humaine FSHR, et comprend un, deux, trois, quatre, cinq ou six CDR choisies parmi les séquences d'acides aminés suivantes : SEQ ID NO : 6, 7, 5, 10, 11 et 12. L'anticorps anti-FSHR selon l'invention et le conjugué anticorps-médicament de celui-ci ont de vastes perspectives d'application dans la détection, le criblage, la prévention et le traitement de cancers.
