Abstract
(EN) An ethyl maltol monoclonal antibody hybridoma cell line ABC01 and an application thereof in the analysis and detection of ethyl maltol residues in food safety testing. The hybridoma cell line was deposited in the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center (CGMCC) on 28 November 2019 under the deposit number CGMCC No. 19178. A monoclonal antibody secreted by the cell line has good specificity and detection sensitivity with regard to ethyl maltol, and can achieve the detection of ethyl maltol residues in oils and fats, milk, and other foods, providing raw materials for immunodetection of the ethyl maltol residues in said foods.
(FR) L'invention concerne une lignée cellulaire d'hybridome d'anticorps monoclonal d'éthyl-maltol ABC01 et une application de celle-ci dans l'analyse et la détection de résidus d'éthyl-maltol dans un test de salubrité alimentaire. La lignée cellulaire d'hybridome a été déposée au Centre général de collecte chinois de cultures microbiologiques (CGMCC) le 28 novembre 2019 sous le numéro de dépôt CGMCC No. 19178. Un anticorps monoclonal sécrété par la lignée cellulaire présente une bonne spécificité et une bonne sensibilité de détection vis-à-vis de l'éthyl-maltol et peut réaliser la détection de résidus d'éthyl-maltol dans des huiles et des graisses, du lait et d'autres aliments, fournissant des matières premières pour l'immunodétection de résidus d'éthyl-maltol dans lesdits aliments.
(ZH) 一株乙基麦芽酚单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株ABC01及其在食品安全检测中乙基麦芽酚残留的分析检测中的应用,该杂交瘤细胞株保藏于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心CGMCC,保藏日期2019年11月28日,保藏编号CGMCC No.19178。此细胞株分泌的单克隆抗体,对乙基麦芽酚具有较好的特异性和检测灵敏度,可实现对油脂、牛奶等食品中乙基麦芽酚残留量的检测,为食品中乙基麦芽酚残留的免疫检测提供了原料。
