Abstract
(EN) A display panel (100), a lighting test method, and a lighting test apparatus (200). A third test pad (13) of a test area (CT) on the display panel (100) is connected to a second test pad (12). A thermal sensing probe (2035) of the lighting test apparatus (200) measures the temperature of the third test pad (13), and if the temperature of the third test pad (13) is greater than a default value, a thermal imaging scanning module (204) scans the display panel (100), so as to determine a specific heating position of the display panel (100). The problem of an existing lighting test station not being able to detect a burn abnormality of an LCD panel can be solved.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un écran d'affichage (100), un procédé de test d'éclairage et un appareil de test d'éclairage (200). Une troisième plage de test (13) d'une zone de test (CT) sur l'écran d'affichage (100) est reliée à une deuxième plage de test (12). Une sonde de détection thermique (2035) de l'appareil de test d'éclairage (200) mesure la température de la troisième plage de test (13), et si la température de la troisième plage de test (13) est supérieure à une valeur par défaut, un module de balayage d'imagerie thermique (204) balaye l'écran d'affichage (100), de façon à déterminer une position de chauffage spécifique de l'écran d'affichage (100). Le problème d'une station de test d'éclairage existante ne pouvant pas détecter une anomalie de combustion d'un écran LCD peut être résolu.
(ZH) 一种显示面板(100)、点灯测试方法以及点灯测试装置(200)。显示面板(100)上的测试区(CT)的第三测试接垫(13)与第二测试接垫(12)连接,点灯测试装置(200)的热感应探针(2035)检测第三测试接垫(13)的温度,如果第三测试接垫(13)的温度高于一默认值,则热成像扫描模块(204)对显示面板(100)进行扫描,以确定显示面板(100)的具体发热位置。可以解决现有点灯测试站点检测不出LCD面板烧伤异常的问题。
