Abstract
(EN) An implant removal device having an elongate body having a proximal end and a distal end, the elongate body being resiliently flexible and configured to transmit torque from the proximal end to the distal end with a predetermined turning ratio, and a capture structure extending distally from the distal end and having a capture region, the capture structure being configured to selectively center a deployed implant in relation to a longitudinal axis of the elongate body and the capture region to aid with capture and subsequent removal.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'extraction d'implant, comprenant un corps allongé ayant une extrémité proximale et une extrémité distale, le corps allongé étant élastiquement flexible et configuré pour transmettre un couple de l'extrémité proximale à l'extrémité distale avec un rapport de rotation prédéfini, et une structure de capture s'étendant de manière distale à partir de l'extrémité distale et ayant une région de capture, la structure de capture étant configurée pour centrer sélectivement un implant déployé par rapport à un axe longitudinal du corps allongé et de la région de capture pour aider à la capture et à l'extraction ultérieure.
