Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a cylindrical secondary battery, in which, when a center pin is inserted into the core portion of an electrode assembly, and a cap assembly is coupled to the upper portion of a battery case, the inserted center pin supports, by elastic force, the electrode assembly on the inner circumference of the core portion in a radial direction to prevent the collapse of the core portion and increase adhesion between a cathode and an anode. The cylindrical secondary battery according to the present invention includes: a jelly roll-type electrode assembly that is wound with a separator arranged between a cathode and an anode which are of a sheet type; a battery case in which the electrode assembly is accommodated; a cap assembly coupled to the upper portion of the battery case; and a center pin which is inserted into the core portion of the electrode assembly and supports, by elastic force, the electrode assembly on the inner circumference of the core portion in a radial direction, wherein the center pin includes an elastic body having a length.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une batterie secondaire cylindrique, dans laquelle, lorsqu'une broche centrale est insérée dans la partie centrale d'un ensemble électrode, et un ensemble capuchon est couplé à la partie supérieure d'un compartiment de batterie, les supports de broche centraux insérés, par une force élastique, l'ensemble électrode sur la circonférence interne de la partie noyau dans une direction radiale pour empêcher l'affaissement de la partie noyau et augmenter l'adhérence entre une cathode et une anode. La batterie secondaire cylindrique selon la présente invention comprend : un ensemble électrode de type rouleau de gelée qui est enroulé avec un séparateur disposé entre une cathode et une anode qui sont d'un type de feuille; un compartiment de batterie dans lequel l'ensemble électrode est logé; un ensemble capuchon couplé à la partie supérieure du compartiment de batterie; et une broche centrale qui est insérée dans la partie centrale de l'ensemble électrode et supporte, par une force élastique, l'ensemble électrode sur la circonférence interne de la partie noyau dans une direction radiale, la broche centrale comprenant un corps élastique ayant une longueur.
(KO) 본 발명은 원통형 이차전지에 관한 것으로서, 전극 조립체의 권심부에 센터핀을 삽입하고 전지 케이스의 상부에 캡 조립체를 결합하는 경우, 삽입된 센터핀이 탄성력에 의해 권심부의 내주면에서 전극 조립체를 방사 방향으로 지지하여, 권심부의 붕괴를 방지하고, 양극 및 음극의 밀착력을 증대시키는 원통형 이차전지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 원통형 이차전지는, 시트형의 양극과 음극 사이에 분리막이 개재되어 권취된 젤리-롤 형태의 전극 조립체, 내부에 전극 조립체가 수용되는 전지 케이스, 전지 케이스의 상부에 결합되는 캡 조립체, 및 전극 조립체의 권심부에 삽입되며, 탄성력에 의해 권심부의 내주면에서 전극 조립체를 방사방향으로 지지하는 센터핀을 포함하고, 센터핀은 길이를 갖는 탄성체를 포함한다.
