Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a surgical prosthesis manufacturing method based on a system comprising a first terminal for a patient to initially plan a surgical operation plan, a second terminal for an operator to finally plan the surgical operation plan, and a server for communicating with the first terminal and the second terminal and designing a prosthesis according to the surgical operation plan, the surgical prosthesis manufacturing method comprising the steps of: obtaining a 3D image based on patient medical image data including at least a surgical site; transmitting the 3D image to the first terminal and obtaining, from the first terminal, at least one modified 3D image corresponding to the surgical operation plan initially planned by the patient; transmitting the at least one modified 3D image to the second terminal and obtaining, from the second terminal, a final 3D image corresponding to the surgical operation plan finally planned by the operator; and designing the prosthesis on the basis of the patient medical image data, the 3D image, and the final 3D image. Accordingly, an opinion of the patient and determination of a doctor can be simultaneously applied to the prosthesis.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une prothèse chirurgicale basé sur un système comprenant un premier terminal pour un patient permettant de planifier initialement un plan d'opération chirurgicale, un second terminal pour un opérateur permettant de planifier finalement le plan d'opération chirurgicale, et un serveur permettant de communiquer avec le premier terminal et le second terminal et de concevoir une prothèse selon le plan d'opération chirurgicale, le procédé de fabrication de la prothèse chirurgicale consistant : à obtenir une image 3D sur la base de données d'une image médicale du patient comprenant au moins un site chirurgical ; à transmettre l'image 3D au premier terminal et à obtenir, à partir du premier terminal, au moins une image 3D modifiée correspondant au plan d'opération chirurgicale initialement planifié par le patient ; à transmettre l'image ou les images 3D modifiées au second terminal et à obtenir, à partir du second terminal, une image 3D finale correspondant au plan d'opération chirurgicale planifié finalement par l'opérateur ; et à concevoir la prothèse sur la base des données d'image médicale du patient, de l'image 3D et de l'image 3D finale. De cette façon, une opinion du patient et la détermination d'un médecin peuvent être appliquées simultanément à la prothèse.
(KO) 본 발명은, 환자가 수술 계획을 초기설계하기 위한 제1 단말, 수술자가 수술 계획을 최종설계하기 위한 제2 단말, 제1 단말 및 제2 단말과 통신하고 또한 수술 계획에 따라 보형물을 설계하기 위한 서버로 구성된 시스템을 기반으로 하는, 수술용 보형물 제작 방법에 있어서, 적어도 수술 부위를 포함하는 환자 의료 영상 데이터에 기초한 3D 이미지를 획득하는 단계; 상기 제1 단말로 상기 3D 이미지를 전송하여, 상기 제1 단말로부터, 환자가 초기설계한 수술 계획에 대응하는, 적어도 하나의 수정된 3D 이미지를 획득하는 단계; 상기 제2 단말로 상기 적어도 하나의 수정된 3D 이미지를 전송하여, 상기 제2 단말로부터, 수술자가 최종설계한 수술 계획에 대응하는 최종 3D 이미지를 획득하는 단계; 및 상기 환자 의료 영상 데이터, 상기 3D 이미지 및 상기 최종 3D 이미지에 기초하여 보형물을 설계하는 단계를 포함하는, 수술용 보형물 제작 방법에 관한 것이다. 이로써, 환자의 의견 및 의사의 판단이 동시에 보형물에 적용가능하게 된다.
