Abstract
(EN) The present specification provides a method for preparing a heterogeneous linear carbonate, comprising a step of subjecting a fatty alcohol and a symmetrical linear carbonate to an ester exchange reaction in the presence of a catalyst, wherein the catalyst is an acid ion-exchange resin, and a mass ratio of the fatty alcohol to the symmetrical linear carbonate (fatty alcohol: symmetrical linear carbonate) is 1:10-50:1. The preparation method of the present specification may provide a method for preparing a heterogeneous, symmetrical linear carbonate and an asymmetric linear carbonate with high yield, without a reactive distillation step, and is economical since a product and a catalyst can be easily separated.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un carbonate linéaire hétérogène, comprenant une étape qui consiste à soumettre un alcool gras et un carbonate linéaire symétrique à une réaction d'échange d'ester en présence d'un catalyseur, le catalyseur étant une résine échangeuse d'ions acide, et un rapport massique de l'alcool gras au carbonate linéaire symétrique (alcool gras : carbonate linéaire symétrique) est de 1 : 10 à 50 : 1. Le procédé de préparation selon la présente invention peut fournir un procédé de préparation d'un catalyseur hétérogène, un carbonate linéaire symétrique et un carbonate linéaire asymétrique ayant un rendement élevé, sans étape de distillation réactive, et est économique étant donné qu'un produit et un catalyseur peuvent être facilement séparés.
(KO) 본 명세서는, 촉매의 존재 하에, 지방족 알코올과 대칭 선형 카보네이트를 에스테르 교환 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고, 상기 촉매는, 산성 이온교환수지이며, 상기 지방족 알코올과 대칭 선형 카보네이트의 질량비(지방족 알코올: 대칭 선형 카보네이트)가 1:10 이상, 50:1 이하인 것인 이종의 선형 카보네이트의 제조 방법을 제공한다. 본 명세서의 제조 방법은, 반응 증류의 공정 없이, 고수율로 이종의, 대칭 선형카보네이트 및 비대칭 선형 카보네이트의 제조 방법을 제공할 수 있고, 생성물과 촉매를 용이하게 분리할 수 있어 경제적이다.
