Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a glass plate, the method including a chamfering process for chamfering an end surface of the glass plate, wherein the chamfering process comprises: a step for forming a chamfered surface by irradiating the end surface of the glass plate with laser light; and a step for heating the glass plate before forming the chamfered surface. When Tp [ºC] is the temperature of the glass blank when the glass blank is heated, Tp [ºC] is the glass transition point of the glass blank, and α [1/ºC] is the average linear expansion coefficient of the glass blank, (Tg-Tp)≤-5.67x107・α+840 is satisfied.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d’une plaque en verre, le procédé comprenant un processus de chanfreinage pour chanfreiner une surface d’extrémité de la plaque en verre, le processus de chanfreinage comprenant : une étape de formation d’une surface chanfreinée par exposition de la surface d’extrémité de la plaque en verre à de la lumière laser ; et une étape de chauffage de la plaque en verre avant la formation de la surface chanfreinée. Lorsque Tp [ºC] est la température de l’ébauche en verre lorsque l’ébauche en verre est chauffée, Tp [ºC] est le point de transition vitreuse de l’ébauche en verre, et α [1/ºC] est le coefficient d’expansion linéaire moyen de l’ébauche en verre, (Tg - Tp) ≤ -5,67 x 107·α + 840 est satisfaite.
(JA) ガラス板の端面に面取を行う面取処理を含むガラス板の製造方法において、前記面取処理は、前記ガラス板の端面にレーザ光を照射して面取面を形成するステップと、前記面取面を形成する前に前記ガラス板を加熱するステップと、を備える。前記ガラス素板を加熱したときの前記ガラス素板の温度をTp[℃]とし、前記ガラス素板のガラス転移点をTg[℃]とし、前記ガラス素板の平均線膨張係数をα[1/℃]としたとき、(Tg-Tp)≦-5.67×10・α+840を満足する。
