Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a prepreg which has good handling properties and little resin flow, thereby making work in the molding process easy and improving the dimensional accuracy of a molded body. In order to achieve the above, the present invention provides a prepreg which comprises a fiber base material and a resin layer that is superposed on one surface of the fiber base material and contains a thermosetting resin composition that contains at least the constituents (A) and (B) described below, wherein: the fiber base material is impregnated with some of the thermosetting resin composition in the resin layer; if the resin layer-side surface of the fiber base material is taken as the resin surface and the surface on the reverse side is taken as the fiber base material surface, there is a difference between the tack force of the resin surface and the tack force of fiber base material surface; the complex viscosity η3*24 of the thermosetting resin composition at 24°C is from 20,000 Pa·s to 100,000 Pa·s and the complex viscosity η3*70 thereof at 70°C is from 100 Pa·s to 5,000 Pa·s; and if the mass of the entire prepreg is taken as 100% by mass, the volatilization amount of the thermosetting resin composition is 1% by mass or less. (FR) La présente invention concerne un préimprégné qui présente de bonnes propriétés de manipulation et peu d'écoulement de résine, ce qui rend le travail dans le processus de moulage facile et améliore la précision dimensionnelle d'un corps moulé. En vue d'atteindre cet objectif, la présente invention fournit un préimprégné qui comprend un matériau à base de fibres et une couche de résine qui est superposée sur une surface du matériau à base de fibres et contient une composition de résine thermodurcissable qui contient au moins les constituants (A) et (B) décrits ci-dessous : le matériau à base de fibres est imprégné avec une partie de la composition de résine thermodurcissable dans la couche de résine ; si la surface côté couche de résine du matériau à base de fibres est prise comme surface de résine et la surface sur le côté inverse est prise comme surface de matériau à base de fibres, il existe une différence entre la force d'adhérence de la surface de résine et la force d'adhérence de la surface de matériau à base de fibres ; la viscosité complexe η3*24 de la composition de résine thermodurcissable à 24 °C est de 20 000 Pa . s à 100 000 Pa · s et la viscosité complexe η3*70 de cette dernière à 70 °C est de 100 Pa . s à 5 000 Pa . s ; et si la masse du préimprégné entier est prise en tant que 100 % en masse, la quantité de volatilisation de la composition de résine thermodurcissable est de 1 % en masse ou moins.
