Abstract
(EN) A bolt feeding device comprises parallel rails (31) that are inclined so as to cause a bolt (10) that is hanging in an inter-rail gap (G3) to descend under its own weight. The bolt feeding device also includes: parallel bolt guides that are connected to the parallel rails (31) and have an inter-guide gap (G2); and a shooter hole (45a) and an air tube hole downstream of the bolt guides through which the bolt (10) can pass downward. Blades (33) that are moved by a piston rod (34a) that moves orthogonally to the rail axis are disposed below the bolt guides. The blades (33) have: a slanted gap (G1) between a slanted surface (3a1) of a front end side of a first blade (33a) and a slanted surface (3b1) of a rear end side of a second blade (33b); and long side surfaces that face the parallel rail (31) side.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif d'alimentation en boulons, qui comprend des rails parallèles (31) qui sont inclinés de façon à amener un boulon (10), qui est suspendu dans un intervalle inter-rails (G3), à descendre sous l'effet de son propre poids. (JA) 本発明に係るボルト切出し装置は、レール間隙(G3)に吊り下がったボルト(10)を自然落下させる傾斜状態の平行レール(31)を備える。平行レール(31)に連接され、ガイド間隙(G2)を有する平行なボルトガイドと、この下流側でボルト(10)を下方へ貫通させるシュータ穴(45a)及びエアチューブ穴とを有する。レール軸に対して直交方向に移動するピストンロッド(34a)で移動され、ボルトガイドの下方側に配置されたブレード(33)を備える。ブレード(33)は、第1ブレード(33a)の前端側の傾斜面(3a1)と第2ブレード(33b)の後端側の傾斜面(3b1)間に傾斜間隙(G1)を備え、平行レール(31)側を向く長手側面を備える。
