Abstract
(EN) Provided is a method for manufacturing a catalyst with which it is possible to manufacture vinyl acetate at a remarkably high selection rate while ensuring a high catalyst activity. A method for manufacturing a catalyst for manufacture of vinyl acetate containing a carrier, copper, palladium, gold, and an acetate, the method comprising in the following order: step 1) a step for impregnating the carrier with an alkaline solution; step 2) a step for contact-impregnating the carrier with a solution containing a compound containing copper, a compound containing palladium, and a compound containing gold; step 3) a step for performing reduction treatment; and step 4) a step for causing the carrier to carry the acetate.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur avec lequel il est possible de fabriquer de l'acétate de vinyle à un taux de sélection remarquablement élevé tout en assurant une activité catalytique élevée. L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un catalyseur pour la fabrication d'acétate de vinyle contenant un support, du cuivre, du palladium, de l'or, et un acétate, le procédé comprenant dans l'ordre suivant : étape 1) une étape d'imprégnation du support avec une solution alcaline ; étape 2) une étape d'imprégnation par contact du support avec une solution contenant un composé contenant du cuivre, un composé contenant du palladium, et un composé contenant de l'or ; étape 3) une étape de réalisation d'un traitement de réduction ; et étape 4) une étape pour amener le support à transporter l'acétate.
(JA) 高い触媒活性を確保しつつ格別に高い選択率で酢酸ビニルを製造することができる触媒の製造方法を提供すること。担体、銅、パラジウム、金及び酢酸塩を含む酢酸ビニル製造用触媒を製造する方法であって、工程1.担体にアルカリ溶液を含浸させる工程、工程2.担体に、銅を含む化合物、パラジウムを含む化合物、及び金を含む化合物を含む溶液を接触含浸させる工程、工程3.還元処理を行う工程、及び工程4.担体に酢酸塩を担持させる工程をこの順序で含む、方法。
