Abstract
(EN) The object of the invention is an organic material with blowing, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties characterized in that it comprises a base polymeric material and an active admixture in the form of albumin or argatroban or bivalirudin or fondaparinux or heparin, embedded in the microstructure of the base material in a base-active admixture ratio from 80÷1 to 1200÷1 and, in case of some types of base polymer materials, also from 4- (diphenylamino)benzaldehyde admixture in a base-active admixture ratio from 50÷1 to 5000÷1 and 1,3-indandione admixture in a base-active admixture ratio from 50÷1 to 5000÷1. The object of the invention is also a method for obtaining an organic material having blowing, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties based on the fact that the base polymeric material is extruded on a linear head in the form of a string, or on a cross head in the form of a tube, or on a flat head in the form of a film, Then the process of immobilization of active admixture in the form of albumin, argatroban, bivalirudin, fondaparinux or heparin to the steric structure of the material obtained in such a way that its content in the material in the base-active admixture ratio is from 80÷1 to 1200÷1. The method according to the invention makes it possible to obtain materials with blowing, anti-inflammatory and anticoagulant properties, especially for the construction of medical equipment, in particular for components which are in direct contact with blood. Among other applications, the solution can be used to obtain blood oxygenation membranes and other gas-selective membranes.
(FR) L'objet de l'invention est un matériau organique présentant des propriétés de soufflage, anti-inflammatoires et anti-coagulantes caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un matériau polymère de base et un mélange actif sous la forme d'albumine ou d'argatroban ou de bivalirudine ou de fondaparinux ou d'héparine, compris dans la microstructure du matériau de base selon un rapport base-mélange actif de 80÷1 à 1 200÷1 et, dans le cas de certains types de matériaux polymères de base, également à partir d'un mélange de 4-(diphénylamino)benzaldéhyde selon un rapport base-mélange actif de 50 ÷ 1 à 5 000 ÷ 1 et d'un mélange de 1,3-indandione selon un rapport base-mélange actif de 50 ÷ 1 à 5 000÷1. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'obtention d'un matériau organique présentant des propriétés de soufflage, anti-inflammatoires et anti-coagulantes fondé sur le fait que le matériau polymère de base est extrudé sur une tête linéaire sous la forme d'un cordon, ou sur une tête en croix se présentant sous la forme d'un tube, ou sur une tête plate sous la forme d'un film. Puis le processus d'immobilisation du mélange actif sous la forme d'albumine, d'argatroban, de bivalirudine, de fondaparinux ou d'héparine sur la structure stérique du matériau obtenu de telle sorte que sa teneur dans le matériau dans le rapport base-mélange actif soit de 80 ÷ 1 à 1 200 ÷ 1. Le procédé selon l'invention permet d'obtenir des matériaux présentant des propriétés de soufflage, anti-inflammatoires et anti-coagulantes, en particulier destinés à la construction d'équipements médicaux, en particulier, de composants qui sont en contact direct avec le sang. Entre autres applications, la solution peut être utilisée pour obtenir des membranes d'oxygénation du sang et d'autres membranes sélectives par rapport à un gaz.
