Abstract
(EN) A shock absorber and spring assembly for a vehicle suspension comprises a shock absorber (10) provided with a spring plate (18) and a spring (12), the bottom of which rests on the latter, the shock absorber assembly also comprising an electromechanical adjustment device for varying in a continuous and controlled manner the vertical position of the lower end of the spring (12), which adjustment device includes a screw and nut screw motion conversion mechanism (24, 26) and a mechanism for blocking the rotation of the screw (24), which blocking mechanism includes a primary disc (50) connected to the screw (24) for conjoint rotation therewith and an auxiliary disc (52) non-rotatably fixed with respect to the screw (24), which discs have respective profiles (50', 52') which engage with one another such that, when mutually engaged, the rotation of the screw (24) is prevented.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un ensemble amortisseur de choc et ressort pour une suspension de véhicule qui comprend un amortisseur de choc (10) comportant une plaque de ressort (18) et un ressort (12), dont la partie inférieure repose sur ce dernier, l'ensemble amortisseur de choc comprenant également un dispositif de réglage électromécanique pour faire varier d'une manière continue et contrôlée la position verticale de l'extrémité inférieure du ressort (12), lequel dispositif de réglage comprend un mécanisme de conversion de mouvement de vis et de vis à écrou (24, 26) et un mécanisme pour bloquer la rotation de la vis (24), lequel mécanisme de blocage comprend un disque primaire (50) relié à la vis (24) pour une rotation conjointe avec celle-ci et un disque auxiliaire (52) fixé de manière non rotative par rapport à la vis (24), lesquels disques ont des profils respectifs (50', 52') qui viennent en prise l'un avec l'autre de telle sorte que, lorsqu'ils sont mutuellement en prise, la rotation de la vis (24) est empêchée.
