Abstract
(EN) Systems and methods for producing heat and an oxidant for an endothermic chemical production process are disclosed. At least some process heat is recovered from (1) a hot gas including hot gas from a waste air vent of an MTBE production unit and/or (2) a catalyst regeneration process into a combustion gas stream. The combustion gas stream is further used in a steam reformer and/or a cracker for providing an oxidant and at least some heat.
(FR) Des systèmes et des procédés de production de chaleur et d'un oxydant pour un processus de production chimique endothermique sont divulgués. Au moins une partie de la chaleur de processus est récupérée, à partir (1) d'un gaz chaud contenant du gaz chaud provenant d'une bouche d'air usé d'une unité de production de MTBE et/ou (2) d'un processus de régénération de catalyseurs, et injectée dans un flux de gaz de combustion. Le flux de gaz de combustion est en outre utilisé dans un reformeur à vapeur et/ou dans un vapocraqueur, pour fournir un oxydant et au moins de la chaleur.
