Abstract
(EN) Discharge check valve assembly (18) including a tubular valve housing (21) having a first end portion (21.1) configured to be arranged inside a compressor shell (2) and a second end portion (21.2) configured to be arranged outside the compressor shell (2); a valve seat (24) located within the tubular valve housing (21); a valve member (25) movable between a closed position in which the valve member (25) bears against the valve seat (24) and an open position in which the valve member (25) is remote from the valve seat (24); and a valve body (26) arranged within the tubular valve housing (21) and comprising a ring-shaped attachment portion (27) fixed to an inner surface of the tubular valve housing (21), the valve body (26) further comprising a guiding portion (28) which is configured to guide the valve member (25) between the closed and open positions and which is connected to the ring-shaped attachment portion (27) by at least two connecting arms (29) protruding from an outer surface of the guiding portion (28), the outer surface of the guiding portion (28) having a cross-section which tapers towards the second end portion (21.2) of the tubular valve housing (21) and away from the valve seat (24).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble soupape antiretour de refoulement (18) comprenant un logement de soupape tubulaire (21) comportant une première partie terminale (21.1) conçue pour être disposée à l'intérieur d'une coque de compresseur (2) et une deuxième partie terminale (21.2) conçue pour être disposée à l'extérieur de la coque de compresseur (2) ; un siège de soupape (24) situé à l'intérieur du logement de vanne tubulaire (21) ; un élément de soupape (25) mobile entre une position fermée dans laquelle l'élément de soupape (25) s'appuie contre le siège de soupape (24) et une position ouverte dans laquelle l'élément de soupape (25) est éloigné du siège de soupape (24) ; et un corps de soupape (26) disposé à l'intérieur du logement de soupape tubulaire (21) et comprenant une partie de fixation en forme d'anneau (27) fixée à une surface intérieure du logement de soupape tubulaire (21), le corps de soupape (26) comprenant aussi une partie de guidage (28) qui est conçue pour guider l'élément de soupape (25) entre la position fermée et la position ouverte et qui est relié à la partie de fixation en forme d'anneau (27) par au moins deux bras de liaison (29) dépassant d'une surface extérieure de la partie de guidage (28), la surface extérieure de la partie de guidage (28) ayant une section transversale qui s'effile vers la deuxième partie terminale (21.2) du logement de soupape tubulaire (21) et en s'éloignant du siège de soupape (24).
