Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to a forming machine (10) wherein a blowing network (26) comprises ducts that connect a controlled source (24) of compressed blowing gas to at least one blowing nozzle (20) for forming the containers by blow moulding, the forming machine (10) comprising a device (46) for sterilising the blowing network (26), comprising: a source (64) of sterilising liquid comprising an oxidising agent; an evaporator (66) in which sterilising vapour is produced by total evaporation of the sterilising liquid supplied from the source (64) of sterilising liquid; a device (72) for dispensing the sterilising liquid, interposed between the source (64) of sterilising liquid and the evaporator (66); characterised in that the dispensing device (72) is designed to deliver sterilising liquid at a continuous and stable flow rate.
(FR) L'invention concerne une machine (10) de formage comportant un réseau (26) de soufflage qui comporte des conduites qui raccordent une source (24) commandée de gaz de soufflage comprimé à au moins une tuyère (20) de soufflage pour former les récipients par soufflage, la machine (10) de formage comportant un dispositif (46) de stérilisation du réseau (26) de soufflage comportant : une source (64) de liquide stérilisant comportant un agent oxydant; un évaporateur (66) dans lequel de la vapeur stérilisante est produite par évaporation totale du liquide stérilisant fourni par la source (64) de liquide stérilisant; un dispositif (72) de distribution du liquide stérilisant qui est interposé entre la source (64) de liquide stérilisant et l'évaporateur (66); caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (72) de distribution est conçu pour délivrer un débit continu et stable de liquide stérilisant.
