Abstract
(EN) A transformer core assembly is provided that comprises a first yoke clamping plate (14) for clamping a first yoke (8) of a transformer core (1), and a second yoke clamping plate (16) for clamping a second yoke (10) of the transformer core (1). Further, the transformer core assembly comprises a plurality of stacked sheets forming a tie plate (20). The tie plate has a first end (22) and a second end (24), wherein the first end (22) is connected to the first yoke clamping plate (14) and the second end (24) is connected to the second yoke clamping plate (16). Using stacked sheets for forming the tie plate (20) significantly improves the availability of a suited material for manufacturing the tie plate (20). For example, there is a class of high manganese steel material having an adequate, high tensile strength.
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble noyau de transformateur qui comprend une première plaque de serrage de culasse (14), permettant de serrer une première culasse (8) du noyau de transformateur (1), et une seconde plaque de serrage de culasse (16), permettant de serrer une seconde culasse (10) du noyau de transformateur (1). L'ensemble noyau de transformateur comprend en outre une pluralité de feuilles empilées formant une plaque support (20). La plaque support a une première extrémité (22) et une seconde extrémité (24). La première extrémité (22) est reliée à la première plaque de serrage de culasse (14) et la seconde extrémité (24) à la seconde plaque de serrage de culasse (16). L'utilisation de feuilles empilées pour former la plaque support (20) améliore nettement la disponibilité d'un matériau approprié pour fabriquer la plaque support (20). Il existe par exemple une classe de matériau d'acier à haute teneur en manganèse dont la haute résistance à la traction convient.
