Abstract
(EN) A light guide plate (301), a fluorescence detection optical system, and a large-batch nucleic acid detection method, relating to the field of molecular diagnosis detection instruments. The light guide plate (301) comprises a light guide plate (301) body, groove groups (301-2) are formed in the upper surface of the light guide plate (301) body, and each of the groove groups (301-2) comprises several grooves provided in parallel; the length direction of the grooves is marked as an X direction, the width direction of the grooves is marked as a Y direction, and multiple grooves arranged in one column in the Y direction form one groove group (301-2); and the depth of the grooves is smaller than the thickness of the light guide plate (301). The present invention further provides the fluorescence detection optical system and the large-batch nucleic acid detection method, thus effectively solving the problem of non-uniformity of light beams.
