Abstract
(EN) A use of vitamin C and disulfiram in preparing a combination drug, which belongs to the field of anti-tumor drugs. The combination drug can achieve a vitamin C and disulfiram anti-tumor synergistic effect, an inhibitory effect on tumor cells is superior to using vitamin C or disulfiram in isolation, and said drug has good application prospects.
(FR) L'invention concerne l'utilisation de la vitamine C et du disulfirame dans la préparation d'un médicament combiné, qui appartient au domaine des médicaments antitumoraux. Le médicament combiné peut produire un effet synergique anti-tumoral avec la vitamine C et le disulfirame, un effet inhibiteur sur les cellules tumorales et est plus efficace qu'une utilisation isolée de vitamine C ou de disulfirame, et ledit médicament a de bonnes perspectives d'application.
(ZH) 维生素C和双硫仑在制备抗肿瘤联合用药物中的用途,属于抗肿瘤药物领域。联合用药物可发挥维生素C和双硫仑的抗肿瘤协同增效作用,对肿瘤细胞的抑制效果优于单独使用维生素C或双硫仑,具备良好的应用前景。
