Abstract
(EN) The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a heat dissipation device, and a heat dissipation device. The manufacturing method for a heat dissipation device comprises: obtaining a first cover plate and a second cover plate made of steel plates; performing nanoprocessing on the first cover plate and/or the second cover plate to form a passivation layer on the surface of the first cover plate and/or the second cover plate; providing a capillary structure on the surface of the first cover plate on which the passivation layer is formed or the surface of the second cover plate on which the passivation layer is formed; and fitting and fixedly connecting the first cover plate to the second cover plate to form a closed cavity, the capillary structure being accommodated in the closed cavity, and the closed cavity being adapted to be filled with a cooling medium. The manufacturing method for a heat dissipation device provided by the present invention can meet lightening and thinning requirements for a vapor chamber.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de dissipation de chaleur, et un dispositif de dissipation de chaleur. Le procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de dissipation de chaleur comprend : l'obtention d'une première plaque de couverture et d'une seconde plaque de couverture faite de plaques d'acier; la réalisation d'un nanotraitement sur la première plaque de couverture et/ou la seconde plaque de couverture pour former une couche de passivation sur la surface de la première plaque de couverture et/ou de la seconde plaque de couverture; la fourniture d'une structure capillaire sur la surface de la première plaque de couverture sur laquelle la couche de passivation est formée ou la surface de la seconde plaque de couverture sur laquelle la couche de passivation est formée; et la fixation et la connexion fixe de la première plaque de couverture à la seconde plaque de couverture pour former une cavité fermée, la structure capillaire étant logée dans la cavité fermée, et la cavité fermée étant conçue pour être remplie d'un milieu de refroidissement. Le procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif de dissipation de chaleur selon la présente invention peut satisfaire aux exigences d'éclaircissement et d'amincissement pour une chambre à vapeur.
(ZH) 本发明提供一种散热装置的制作方法及散热装置。散热装置的制作方法包括:获取由钢板制成的第一盖板和第二盖板;对所述第一盖板和/或所述第二盖板进行纳米处理,以在所述第一盖板和/或所述第二盖板表面形成钝化层;在形成有钝化层的第一盖板的表面或形成有钝化层的第二盖板的表面设置毛细结构;将所述第一盖板与所述第二盖板盖合并固定连接,以形成封闭内腔,所述毛细结构收容于所述封闭内腔内,所述封闭内腔用于填充冷却介质。本发明提供的散热装置的制作方法可以满足温板轻薄化的需求。
