Abstract
(EN) A nucleic acid amplification system and a method thereof. An external energy source is used to drive nanoparticles with a regional thermal transfer to generate an energy response, so that the target nucleic acids on the nanoparticles are subjected to a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) or a nucleic acid isothermal amplification reaction, and the liquid in the reaction space is used for refrigeration to achieve rapid temperature regulation, such that the target nucleic acids accumulated on the surface of the nanoparticles are amplified. The concentration, capture and collection of the nanoparticles can be carried out by means of centrifugation, magnetic capture, lateral flow chromatography, etc. Subsequently, detection can be carried out by means of analyzing the fluorescence intensity and the color change of the layer after amplification.
(FR) Système d'amplification d'acide nucléique et son procédé. Une source d'énergie externe est utilisée pour entraîner des nanoparticules avec un transfert thermique régional pour générer une réponse d'énergie, de telle sorte que les acides nucléiques cibles sur les nanoparticules sont soumis à une réaction en chaîne par polymérase (PCR) ou une réaction d'amplification isotherme d'acide nucléique, et le liquide dans l'espace de réaction est utilisé pour une réfrigération pour obtenir une régulation de température rapide, de telle sorte que les acides nucléiques cibles accumulés sur la surface des nanoparticules sont amplifiés. (ZH) 一种核酸扩增系统及其方法,利用外在能源驱使具区域热转换式的纳米粒子产生能量反应,使纳米粒子上之目标核酸进行聚合酶链反应(PCR)或恒温核酸扩增反应(isothermal amplification reaction),并利用反应空间内液体进行制冷以达到快速的温度调控,扩增积聚在纳米颗粒的表面上的目标核酸。可通过离心、磁性捕获、侧流层析等方式进行纳米粒子浓缩捕获搜集。随后,可藉由分析扩增后之荧光强度分析、层色变化进行检测。
