Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Wechseln von an einer Rotorwelle (16) einer Rotorlagerung (8) einer Windkraftanlage (1) angeordneten Gleitlagerpads (18), umfassend die Verfahrensschritte: - Bewegen des zu wechselnden Gleitlagerpads (18) zu einer Entnahmeöffnung (41) durch Drehung der Rotorwelle (16); - Lösen eines Axialsicherungselementes (51) des zu wechselnden Gleitlagerpads (18); - Axiales Entfernen des zu wechselnden Gleitlagerpads (18) durch die Entnahmeöffnung (41); - Axiales Einsetzen eines neuen Gleitlagerpads (18) durch die Entnahmeöffnung (41); - Fixieren des neuen Gleitlagerpads (18) mittels des Axialsicherungselementes (51). Zum axialen Entfernen des zu wechselnden Gleitlagerpads (18) und zum axialen Einsetzen eines neuen Gleitlagerpads (18) wird eine Gleitlagerpadwechselvorrichtung (83) mit einem relativ zu einem Grundgestell (84) beweglichen Manipulationsarm (94) verwendet, wobei der Manipulationsarm (94) zum Koppeln mit dem Gleitlagerpad (18) ausgebildet ist.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for changing a sliding bearing pad (18) arranged on a rotor shaft (16) of a rotor bearing (8) of a wind turbine (1), having the steps of: - moving the sliding bearing pad (18) to be changed to a removal opening (41) by rotating the rotor shaft (16); - releasing an axial securing element (51) of the sliding bearing pad (18) to be changed; - axially removing the sliding bearing pad (18) to be changed through the removal opening (41); - axially inserting a new sliding bearing pad (18) through the removal opening (41); - and fixing the new sliding bearing pad (18) by means of the axial securing element (51). In order to axially remove the sliding bearing pad (18) to be changed and in order to axially insert a new sliding bearing pad (18), a sliding bearing pad changing device (83) with a manipulation arm (94) which can be moved relative to a base framework (84) is used, said manipulation arm (94) being designed to couple to the sliding bearing pad (18).
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de changement d'un coussinet de palier lisse (18) disposé sur un arbre de rotor (16) d'un palier de rotor (8) d'une éolienne (1), consistant : - à déplacer le coussinet de palier lisse (18) devant être changé jusqu'à une ouverture de retrait (41) en faisant tourner l'arbre de rotor (16) ; - à libérer un élément de fixation axial (51) du coussinet de palier lisse (18) devant être changé ; - à retirer axialement le coussinet de palier lisse (18) devant être changé à travers l'ouverture de retrait (41) ; - à insérer axialement un nouveau coussinet de palier lisse (18) à travers l'ouverture de retrait (41) ; et - à fixer le nouveau coussinet de palier lisse (18) au moyen de l'élément de fixation axial (51). Afin de retirer axialement le coussinet de palier lisse (18) devant être changé et d'insérer axialement un nouveau coussinet de palier lisse (18), un dispositif de changement de coussinet de palier lisse (83) pourvu d'un bras de manipulation (94) qui peut être déplacé par rapport à un bâti de base (84) est utilisé, ledit bras de manipulation (94) étant conçu pour s'accoupler au coussinet de palier lisse (18).
