Abstract
(EN) A method for cooling down milk in a milk cooling apparatus (1). The milk cooling apparatus (1) comprises a coolant circuit (51) arranged for circulating coolant, wherein the coolant circuit (51) comprises a milk cooling heat exchanger (2) configured for heat exchange between milk and the coolant. The milk cooling apparatus (1) further comprises a chiller (4) comprising a refrigerant circuit (53) comprising a coolant cooling heat exchanger (52) configured for heat exchange between a refrigerant and the coolant. The refrigerant circuit (53) further comprises one or more compressors (12) arranged for compressing the refrigerant in a cool down process of the refrigerant. The method comprises measuring (S3) an OUT-temperature indicative of a temperature of the coolant upstream the milk cooling heat exchanger (2) and downstream the coolant cooling heat exchanger (52), and operating (S4) the one or more compressors based on the measured OUT-temperature, in order to minimize a difference between the measured OUT-temperature and a desired OUT-temperature. The method further comprises measuring (S5) an IN-temperature of the coolant indicative of the temperature of the coolant upstream the coolant cooling heat exchanger (52) and downstream the milk cooling heat exchanger (2). The method further comprises configuring (S6) how many compressors of the one or more compressors (12) being active at a certain OUT-temperature based on the measured IN- temperature. The disclosure also relates to a milk cooling apparatus.
(FR) Un procédé de refroidissement de lait dans un appareil de refroidissement de lait (1) est fourni. L'appareil de refroidissement de lait (1) comprend un circuit de fluide de refroidissement (51) agencé pour faire circuler un fluide de refroidissement, le circuit de fluide de refroidissement (51) comprenant un échangeur thermique de refroidissement de lait (2) configuré pour un échange thermique entre le lait et le fluide de refroidissement. L'appareil de refroidissement de lait (1) comprend en outre un refroidisseur (4) comprenant un circuit de réfrigérant (53) comprenant un échangeur thermique de refroidissement de fluide de refroidissement (52) configuré pour un échange thermique entre un réfrigérant et le fluide de refroidissement. Le circuit de réfrigérant (53) comprend en outre un ou plusieurs compresseurs (12) agencés pour comprimer le réfrigérant dans un processus de refroidissement du réfrigérant. Le procédé consiste à mesurer (S3) une température de sortie indiquant une température du fluide de refroidissement en amont de l'échangeur thermique de refroidissement de lait (2) et en aval de l'échangeur thermique de refroidissement de fluide de refroidissement (52), et à faire fonctionner (S4) le ou les compresseurs sur la base de la température de sortie mesurée, afin de minimiser une différence entre la température de sortie mesurée et une température de sortie souhaitée. Le procédé consiste en outre à mesurer (S5) une température d'entrée du fluide de refroidissement indiquant la température du fluide de refroidissement en amont de l'échangeur thermique de refroidissement de fluide de refroidissement (52) et en aval de l'échangeur thermique de refroidissement de lait (2). Le procédé consiste en outre à configurer (S6) le nombre de compresseurs parmi le ou les compresseurs (12) qui sont actifs à une certaine température de sortie sur la base de la température d'entrée mesurée. La présente divulgation concerne également un appareil de refroidissement de lait.
