Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for the continuous production of carbon nanotubes, the method comprising: a mixture preparation step for mixing and stirring a solvent, a metal salt, a surfactant, a reducing agent, and a function improving agent to prepare an emulsion mixture; a gaseous mixture forming step for mixing the emulsion mixture with a carrier gas to form a gaseous mixture; and a reaction step for introducing the gaseous mixture into a heated reactor to form carbon nanotubes, wherein the diameter of the carbon nanotubes can be uniformly controlled, and the production yield of the carbon nanotubes can be increased.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une méthode de production continue de nanotubes de carbone, la méthode comprenant : une étape de préparation de mélange pour mélanger et agiter un solvant, un sel métallique, un tensioactif, un agent réducteur et un agent améliorant la fonction pour préparer un mélange d'émulsion ; une étape de formation de mélange gazeux pour mélanger le mélange d'émulsion avec un gaz vecteur pour former un mélange gazeux ; et une étape de réaction pour introduire le mélange gazeux dans un réacteur chauffé pour former des nanotubes de carbone, le diamètre des nanotubes de carbone pouvant être contrôlé de manière uniforme, et le rendement de production des nanotubes de carbone pouvant être augmenté.
(KO) 본 발명은 용매, 금속염, 계면활성제, 환원제 및 기능 향상제를 혼합하고 교 반하여 에멀젼 혼합물을 제조하는 혼합물 제조 단계; 상기 에멀젼 혼합물을 운반 기체와 혼합하여 기상 혼합물을 형성하는, 기상 혼합물 형성 단계; 및 상기 기상 혼합물을 가열된 반응기 내로 도입하여 탄소나노튜브를 형성하는 반응 단계;를 포함하여, 탄소나노튜브의 직경을 균일하게 제어할 수 있고, 탄소나노튜브 생성 수율을 높일 수 있는 연속식 탄소나노튜브의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
