Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cleaner and, more particularly, a resonant oscillation type ultrasonic generation system which generates ultrasonic waves for contained cleaning water through ultrasonic oscillation to thus perform ultrasonic cleaning, and always oscillates at a constant ultrasonic vibration through frequency adjustment when ultrasonic oscillation efficiency is lowered due to a temperature rise in a vibration oscillation element due to ultrasonic cleaning, the generation of foreign substances, etc. The present invention relates to an ultrasonic cleaner comprising an ultrasonic vibrator (43) provided on one side of a cleaning water container (111) containing cleaning water (112) therein and ultrasonically oscillating, wherein the ultrasonic cleaner has an ultrasonic oscillation unit (20) for generating ultrasonic oscillation in the ultrasonic vibrator (43) provided on one side of the cleaning water container (111), wherein the ultrasonic oscillation unit (20) includes: a main controller (30); a frequency transmitter (41) for transmitting an ultrasonic frequency signal; an amplifier (42) for amplifying a frequency signal; and a scanner (44) including the ultrasonic vibrator (43) and connected between the amplifier (42) and the ultrasonic vibrator (43) to detect an ultrasonic signal; and a current detector (45) connected between the amplifier (42) and the ultrasonic vibrator (43) to detect a current.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage par ultrasons et, plus particulièrement, un système de génération d'ultrasons de type à oscillation résonante qui génère des ondes ultrasonores pour l'eau de nettoyage contenue par une oscillation ultrasonore pour ainsi réaliser un nettoyage par ultrasons, et oscille toujours à une vibration à ultrasons constante par réglage de fréquence lorsque l'efficacité d'oscillation ultrasonore est abaissée en raison d'une élévation de température dans un élément d'oscillation de vibration en raison d'un nettoyage par ultrasons, de la génération de substances étrangères, etc. La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage par ultrasons comprenant un vibreur à ultrasons (43) disposé sur un côté d'un récipient d'eau de nettoyage (111) contenant de l'eau de nettoyage (112) à l'intérieur de celui-ci et oscillant par ultrasons, l'appareil de nettoyage par ultrasons comprenant une unité d'oscillation ultrasonore (20) pour générer une oscillation ultrasonore dans le vibreur à ultrasons (43) disposé sur un côté du récipient d'eau de nettoyage (111), l'unité d'oscillation ultrasonore (20) comprend : un contrôleur principal (30); un émetteur de fréquence (41) pour émettre un signal de fréquence ultrasonore; un amplificateur (42) pour amplifier un signal de fréquence; et un dispositif de balayage (44) comprenant le vibreur à ultrasons (43) et connecté entre l'amplificateur (42) et le vibreur à ultrasons (43) pour détecter un signal ultrasonore; et un détecteur de courant (45) connecté entre l'amplificateur (42) et le vibreur à ultrasons (43) pour détecter un courant.
(KO) 본 발명은 초음파세척기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 초음파 발진을 통해 담겨진 세척수에 대해 초음파를 발생시키며, 이로써 초음파 세척이 이루어지게 하면서, 초음파 세척으로 인해 진동발진소자의 온도 상승, 이물질 발생 등으로 인해 초음파 발진 효율이 저하됨에 주파수 조정을 통하여 항상 일정한 초음파 진동의 발진이 이루어지게 하는 위한 공진 발진형 초음파 발생 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은 내부에 세척수(112)가 담기는 세척수통(111) 일측에 구비되어, 초음파 진동을 발진하는 초음파진동기(43)를 포함하는 초음파세척기에 있어서, 상기 세척수통(111) 일측에 위치된 초음파진동기(43)에서 초음파발진이 이루어지게 하는 초음파발진부(20)를 구비하며, 상기 초음파발진부(20)는, 메인컨트롤러(30); 초음파 주파수신호를 발신하는 주파수발신기(41); 주파수신호를 증폭시키는 증폭기(42); 및 초음파진동기(43)를 포함하고, 상기 증폭기(42)와 초음파진동기(43) 사이에 연결되어 초음파신호를 검출하는 스캐너(44); 및 상기 증폭기(42)와 초음파진동기(43) 사이에 연결되어 전류를 검출하는 전류검출기(45)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
