Abstract
(EN) An electric machine includes a core comprising a plurality of core segments extending in a longitudinal direction and a plurality of slots being equally spaced peripherally around the core and formed between cutouts in adjacent segments. A plurality of windings is disposed on the core and includes straight portions disposed in the plurality of slots and turn portions extending past at least one axial end of the core along the longitudinal direction. The core and windings are assembled together in an unrolled condition, where the mat is placed in an unrolled core, and then rolled together to form a stator or rotor.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une machine électrique comprenant un noyau comprenant une pluralité de segments de noyau s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale et une pluralité de fentes étant espacées de manière égale sur la périphérie autour du noyau et formées entre des découpes dans des segments adjacents. Une pluralité d'enroulements est disposée sur le noyau et comprend des parties droites disposées dans la pluralité de fentes et des parties de tour s'étendant au-delà d'au moins une extrémité axiale du noyau le long de la direction longitudinale. Le noyau et les enroulements sont assemblés ensemble dans une condition déroulée, où le mat est placé dans un noyau déroulé, puis enroulé ensemble pour former un stator ou un rotor.
