Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und Anordnung zur Herstellung eines bedruckten flächigen Verpackungsmaterials, mit den Schritten: - Bereitstellen einer quasi-endlosen Bahn des Verpackungsmaterials auf einer ersten Bahnrolle oder - Bereitstellen eines Bogens des flächigen Verpackungsmaterials auf einem ersten Bogen-Stapel, - Abwickeln bzw. Aufnehmen und Transportieren des Verpackungsmaterials durch mindestens eine Druckstation zum Bedrucken einer Oberfläche des Verpackungsmaterials, - Anschließendes Transportieren des Verpackungsmaterials durch mindestens eine Trockenstation zum Trocknen des Drucks auf dem Verpackungsmaterial und - Aufwickeln des bedruckten und getrockneten Verpackungsmaterials auf eine zweite Bahnrolle oder - Ablegen des bedruckten und getrockneten Verpackungsmaterials auf einen zweiten Bogen-Stapel, wobei das Trocknen in der Trockenstation eine Bestrahlung mit elektromagnetischer Strahlung mit einem Strahlungsdichtemaximum im Bereich des nahen Infrarot mit hoher Leistungsdichte, insbesondere zwischen 100 und 800 kW/m2 umfasst und wobei der Transport des Verpackungsmaterials mindestens durch die Trockenstation auf einem wärmeleitenden Träger mit einstellbarer Temperatur ausgeführt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method and an assembly for producing a flat printed packaging material, having the steps of: - providing a quasi-endless web of the packaging material on a first web roller or - providing a sheet of the flat packaging material on a first sheet stack, - unwinding or receiving and transporting the packaging material by means of at least one printing station for printing a surface of the packaging material, - subsequently transporting the packaging material through at least one drying station in order to dry the printing on the packaging material, and - winding the printed and dried packaging material onto a second web roller or - depositing the printed and dried packaging material onto a second sheet stack, wherein the drying process in the drying station comprises an irradiation process using electromagnetic radiation with a radiation density maximum in the near-infrared range and with a high power density, in particular between 100 and 800 kW/m2, and the packaging material is transported at least through the drying station on a thermally conductive carrier with an adjustable temperature.
(FR) L’invention concerne un procédé et un ensemble de production d’un matériau d'emballage plan imprimé dont les étapes consistent à : disposer une bande quasiment sans fin de matériau d'emballage sur un premier rouleau de bande ou disposer une feuille de matériau d'emballage plan sur une première pile de feuilles ; dérouler ou recevoir et transporter le matériau d'emballage au moyen d'au moins une station d'impression pour imprimer une surface du matériau d'emballage ; transporter ensuite le matériau d'emballage à travers au moins une station de séchage pour sécher l'impression sur le matériau d'emballage ; et enrouler le matériau d'emballage imprimé et séché sur un deuxième rouleau de bande ou déposer le matériau d'emballage imprimé et séché sur une deuxième pile de feuilles, le processus de séchage dans la station de séchage comprenant un processus d’exposition à un rayonnement faisant intervenir un rayonnement électromagnétique à une densité de rayonnement maximum dans le proche infrarouge et à une densité haute puissance, en particulier entre 100 et 800 kW/m2, le matériau d'emballage étant transporté au moins à travers la station de séchage sur un support thermoconducteur avec une température réglable.
