Abstract
(EN) A method for preparing a multilayer metal composite pipe. The method comprises the following steps: internally and externally grinding blank pipes; cleaning oil stains; performing multi-layer metal pipe sleeving; drawing to reduce the diameter; performing pipe end and pipe surface high-speed friction welding; performing a heating treatment; performing four-roller cross rolling; performing a straightening treatment; performing two-roller cold rolling; performing cold drawing to reduce the diameter; performing cold expansion to reduce a wall and expand the diameter; performing precise cold rolling; performing a degreasing treatment; performing a brightening treatment; performing a surface grinding treatment; cleaning dust; detecting multilayer metal interface bonding; detecting flaws; testing the metal structure performance; and performing a sizing and packaging treatment. According to the method, products with a higher precision, a better performance and more prominent limit specifications can be obtained. The composite pipe prepared by the method has a high bonding capacity, and the bonding rate between multiple layers of dissimilar metals can be significantly improved.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un tube composite métallique multicouche. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : meuler intérieurement et extérieurement des ébauches de tube ; nettoyer les taches d'huile ; pratiquer un gainage de tube métallique multicouche ; étirer pour réduire le diamètre ; pratiquer un soudage par friction à grande vitesse des extrémités du tube et de la surface du tube ; pratiquer un traitement thermique ; pratiquer un laminage transversal à quatre rouleaux ; pratiquer un traitement de rectification ; pratiquer un laminage à froid à deux rouleaux ; pratiquer un étirage à froid pour réduire le diamètre ; pratiquer une expansion à froid pour réduire une paroi et augmenter le diamètre ; pratiquer un laminage à froid précis ; pratiquer un traitement de dégraissage ; pratiquer un traitement de brillantage ; pratiquer un traitement de meulage de surface ; nettoyer la poussière ; détecter la liaison à l'interface métallique multicouche ; détecter les défauts ; tester les performances de la structure métallique ; et pratiquer un traitement de calibrage et de conditionnement. Selon le procédé, des produits présentant une précision supérieure, de meilleures performances et des spécifications limites plus remarquables peuvent être obtenus. Le tube composite préparé par ce procédé présente une grande capacité de liaison, et la vitesse de liaison entre de multiples couches de métaux dissemblables peut être considérablement améliorée.
