(FR) DIMÉRISATION ET TRIMÉRISATION D'OLÉFINES EN C5 PAR DISTILLATION CATALYTIQUE
Abstract
(EN) A process for the selective dimerization and etherification of isoolefins. The process including feeding a mixed C5 stream to a selective hydrogenation unit to convert dienes to olefins and isoolefins, producing a hydrogenated effluent stream. The hydrogenated effluent stream is fed to a first fixed bed reactor, producing a first reactor effluent. The first reactor effluent is fed to a catalytic distillation reactor system, producing a first overheads including unreacted olefins, isoolefins, oxygenate, and one or more C5 ethers and a first bottoms including dimers of the isoolefins, any produced timers of the isoolefins, and heavy oxygenates. The first overheads is fed to a second fixed bed reactor, producing a second reactor effluent including dimers of the isoolefins, unreacted C5s, and unreacted oxygenates. The first bottoms stream and the second reactor effluent are combined and fed to a product splitter, producing a second overheads stream, including unreacted C5 olefins, isoolefins, and oxygenates and a second bottoms stream including C10+ hydrocarbons.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de dimérisation sélective et d'éthérification d'isooléfines. Le procédé comprend l'introduction d'un flux en C5 mélangé dans une unité d'hydrogénation sélective pour convertir des diènes en oléfines et en isooléfines, produisant un flux d'effluent hydrogéné. Le flux d'effluent hydrogéné est introduit dans un premier réacteur à lit fixe, produisant un premier effluent de réacteur. Le premier effluent de réacteur est introduit dans un système de réacteur de distillation catalytique, la production d'un premier distillat de tête comprenant des oléfines n'ayant pas réagi, des isooléfines, un composé oxygéné et un ou plusieurs éthers en C5 et un premier résidu comprenant des dimères d'isooléfines, des trimères produits d'isooléfines et des composés oxygénés lourds. Les premiers surdébits sont introduits dans un second réacteur à lit fixe, produisant un second effluent de réacteur comprenant des dimères d'isooléfines, des C5 n'ayant pas réagi, et des composés oxygénés n'ayant pas réagi. Le premier flux de fond et le second effluent de réacteur sont combinés et acheminés vers un séparateur de produit, la production d'un second flux de tête, comprenant des oléfines en C5 n'ayant pas réagi, des isooléfines et des composés oxygénés et un second flux de fond comprenant des hydrocarbures en C10+.
