Abstract
(EN) The invention relates to protecting objects against corrosion, and more particularly to devices for the cathodic protection of oil pipes and gas pipes, inter alia downhole pipes, flowlines, trunk lines and petroleum processing plant piping, as well as water pipelines and the like. The claimed device comprises a flange insert (1) mounted in a pipeline (2), a triboelectric generator (3), the working elements of which are configured in the form of replaceable cartridges, each of which is comprised of a disc (4) with holes (5), between which, on the opposite faces of the disc, rods (6) are arranged, and an aluminium conductor (7) mounted on the end of the flange insert, wherein the cartridges are connected to one another and to the flange insert by an aluminium wire (8), and the conductor is connected by an aluminium wire (9) to an aluminium protection element (10) buried in the ground. The proposed device provides a 70-80% reduction in the corrosion rate of a pipeline, thus increasing the overhaul period of the pipeline and, therefore, reducing operating costs.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à la protection d'objets contre la corrosion, notamment à des dispositifs de protection électrochimique d'oléoducs et de gazoducs, à savoir des conduits de terrain, de puits, des conduites principales, des conduits d'usines de transformation du pétrole, des conduites d'eau, etc. Ce dispositif comprend un insert de flanc (1) disposé dans un conduit (2), un générateur triboélectrique (3) dont les éléments de travail se présentent sous forme de cartouches amovibles consistant chacune en un disque (4) avec des ouvertures (5) entre lesquelles sont disposées des tiges (6) sur les extrémités opposées du disque; sur l'extrémité de l'insert de flanc se trouve une descente de courant en aluminium (7); les cartouches sont connectées entre elles et avec l'insert de flanc par un conducteur en aluminium (8), et la descente de courant est connectée par un conducteur en aluminium (9) à un élément de protection en aluminium enfoncé dans le sol. L'utilisation de ce dispositif permet de réduire de 70-80% la rapidité de corrosion du conduit, ce qui augmente la durée entre les réparations du conduit et, donc, réduit les dépenses de fonctionnement.
(RU) Изобретение относится к защите объектов от коррозии, а именно к устройствам электрохимической протекторной защиты нефтепроводов и газопроводов - промысловых, скважинных, магистральных, трубопроводов нефтеперерабатывающих заводов, водопроводов и т.п. Устройство содержит фланцевую вставку (1), установленную в трубопроводе (2), трибогенератор (3), рабочие элементы которого выполнены в виде сменных картриджей, каждый из которых представляет из себя диск (4) с отверстиями (5), между которыми на противоположных торцах диска расположены стержни (6), на торце фланцевой вставки установлен алюминиевый токоотвод (7), при этом картриджи соединены между собой и с фланцевой вставкой алюминиевым проводом (8), а токоотвод соединен алюминиевым проводом (9) с углубленным в грунт алюминиевым протекторным элементом (10). Использование предложенного устройства позволяет на 70-80% снизить скорость коррозии трубопровода, что увеличивает срок межремонтного периода трубопровода и, соответственно, сокращает эксплуатационные расходы.
