Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a method for preparing a hydrocarbon double acid with a cyclic hydrocarbon oxidation catalyst, wherein, in the presence of a vanadium phosphate oxide-based catalyst and/or a cobalt manganese oxide-based catalyst, use is made of the oxidation reaction of a cyclohexane-cyclohexanone mixture to prepare adipic acid and of the oxidation reaction of a cyclodedecane-cyclododecanone mixture to prepare dodecanedioic acid, whereby the problem of environmental pollution can be solved, together with production at high yield.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un acide double hydrocarboné avec un catalyseur d'oxydation d'hydrocarbure cyclique, en présence d'un catalyseur à base d'oxyde de phosphate de vanadium et/ou d'un catalyseur à base d'oxyde de cobalt et de manganèse, on utilise la réaction d'oxydation d'un mélange cyclohexane-cyclohexanone pour préparer de l'acide adipique et la réaction d'oxydation d'un mélange de cyclodédécane-cyclododécanone pour préparer de l'acide dodécanedioïque, ce qui permet de résoudre le problème de pollution environnementale, ainsi que la production à haut rendement.
(KO) 본 발명은 고리 탄화수소 산화촉매를 이용한 탄화수소이중산의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 바나듐 포스페이트 옥사이드 기반 촉매 및/또는 산화망간 코발트 기반 촉매의 존재 하에 사이클로헥세인-사이클로헥산온 혼합물의 산화 반응에 이용하여 아디프산을, 사이클로도데케인-사이클로도데칸온 혼합물의 산화 반응에 이용하여 도데칸다이오산을 환경 오염의 문제를 해결함과 동시에 고수율로 생산할 수 있다.
