Abstract
(EN) The present invention relates to a corn-material-based eco-friendly molding material, and a molded product using same. The eco-friendly molding material according to the present invention comprises 13-18 wt% of a corn powder, 12-17 wt% of a corncob, 7-13 wt% of a dehumidifying agent and 50-60 wt% of a polypropylene (PP). A molded product manufactured by molding using the eco-friendly molding material according to the present invention, includes disposable products such as spoons, forks, chopsticks, and seedling pots. The seedling pots, from among the molded products manufactured using the eco-friendly molding material according to the present invention, comprises: a plurality of unit pots; a cutting region which connects the plurality of unit pots, and which has notches formed therein to enable the plurality of unit pots to be individually separated; and a reinforcing material filled into the notches.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une matière à mouler écologique à base de matière de maïs et un produit moulé l'utilisant. La matière à mouler écologique, selon la présente invention, comprend de 13 à 18 % en poids d'une poudre de maïs, de 12 à 17 % en poids d'une rafle de maïs, de 7 à 13 % en poids d'un agent de déshumidification et de 50 à 60 % en poids d'un polypropylène (PP). Un produit moulé fabriqué par moulage à l'aide de la matière à mouler écologique selon la présente invention comprend des produits jetables tels que des cuillères, des fourches, des baguettes et des pots de semis. Les pots de semis, parmi les produits moulés fabriqués à l'aide de la matière à mouler écologique selon la présente invention, comprennent : une pluralité de pots unitaires ; une région de coupe qui relie la pluralité de pots unitaires et qui comprend des encoches formées pour permettre à la pluralité de pots unitaires d'être séparés individuellement ; et une matière de renfort introduite dans les encoches.
(KO) 본 발명은 옥수수 소재를 기반으로 하는 친환경 성형재 및 그를 이용한 성형 제품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재는 옥수수 가루 13 내지 18 중량%, 옥수수속대 12 내지 17 중량%, 제습제 7 내지 13 중량% 및 PP(polypropylene) 50 내지 60 중량%를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재를 이용한 성형 공정으로 제조되는 성형 제품은 수저, 포크, 젓가락, 육묘용 포트 등과 같은 일회용 제품을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 성형재로 제조된 성형 제품 중 육묘용 포트는 복수의 단위 포트, 복수의 단위 포트를 연결하며 복수의 단위 포트를 개별로 분리할 수 있도록 노치가 형성된 절단 영역, 및 노치에 채워진 보강재를 포함한다.
